LinkedIn connection to Alumni Network

Do you have a LinkedIn account? Now you can connect it to your user in the Alumni Network.

This means that you can transfer some of your information from your LinkedIn profile to Alumni Network, for example information regarding your current employer. You can also log in with your LinkedIn username and password in the Alumni Network.

Log in to the Alumni Network with your LinkedIn username and password

To be able to connect your LinkedIn profile to Alumni Network you need to log in with your regular username and password in the Alumni Network. Have you forgotten your username or password? Click here or send the Alumni Office an email with your name and your Swedish civic registration number.

When you have logged in to the Alumni Network, click "LinkedIn connection" to the left on the page and follow the instructions. From now on you can log in to the Alumni Network with your LinkedIn username and password, instead of using your regular username and password.

Transfer information from your LinkedIn profile to your profile in the Alumni Network

To be able to transfer some information from your LinkedIn profile to the Alumni Network, please log in with your regular username and password. Click on "Update your profile". Under "Personal" or "Career" - click on "Import my profile from LinkedIn" and follow the instructions.

When you have done this, information about your current employer and contact information that you have in your LinkedIn profile has been transfered to your Alumni Network profile.

Your information about current employer in the Alumni Network might not be as updated as your information in LinkedIn. This is why we recommend that you update your information as written above.
