Campus Skellefteå
Located approximately 130 km north of Umeå, Campus Skellefteå offers courses and programmes provided by Umeå University such as nursing and social work. The campus is situated by the river, approximately 700 meters south of Skellefteå's city centre.
Around 1,600 students study at Campus Skellefteå in courses and programmes provided by Umeå University and Luleå University of Technology, as well as post-secondary vocational education and training. The campus has instruction buildings and classrooms, library, restaurant, bookstore, cafeterias, student union offices, as well as a fitness centre. The library and fitness centre are located a newly built facility.

Direct flights to Skellefteå from Stockholm Arlanda are run by SAS and Skyways, and are approximately one hour in duration. Trains are also a good alternative, and require a bus ride from Bastuträsk to Skellefteå. Buses run regularly via the E4 motorway.
