Project work/thesis, 15.0 Credits
About the course
This course gives you the opportunity to spend 10 weeks working on an environmental archaeology topic of your choice and produce a 15 credit Magister dissertation. Topics may range from purely theoretical and discursive, to laboratory, database or field based. They may also be related to departmental research projects or external units such as museums or consultancy firms. Subjects must be chosen in consultation with members of staff, so feel free to ask any of us for a list of potential dissertation subjects if you are unsure or would like inspiration. The dissertation may be used as part of a Magister degree, or combined with at least a further 15 credits towards a Masters degree.
