About the course
Directed toward advanced writers of English who have English as a foreign or second language. Study and practice of text types common within academia such as process descriptions, comparisons, critiques, and cause/effect. Focus on text organization, regular writing practice, development of vocabulary, sentence-level errors commonly found in research writing and developing more effective sentences. Regular feedback provided. Participation required in grammar forum and peer editing.
Level of Education: Basic with academic experience
