Corporate Governance D, 7.5 Credits
About the course
The course covers topics such as the role and responsibility of boards, remuneration, internal control and disclosure of governance arrangements. It examines the Swedish as well as international codes for corporate governance and discusses the issues raised in the codes from a theoretical viewpoint. Students are provided an option to either focus on governance from a finance perspective or from an accounting / internal auditing perspective at the course.
