About the course
The purpose of the course is to provide in-depth knowledge of the constitutional aspects of the European Union. Focus is on horizontal and vertical balance of power; constitutional principles such as the principle of subsidiarity; comittology; implementation of Community law in the member states; enforcement and the role of the European Court of Justice.
