The course covers current theories and research findings, and applications of these problems in life. Part 1: Cognitive Psychology: Theory and empirical studies (7.5 credits) Current cognitive psychological research and current trends in cognitive psychological theories. Part 2: Applied cognitive psychology (7.5 ECTS) This part examines how cognitive psychology can explain the basic phenomena in living and working life, and applied in various problem areas. Course participants choose among problem areas such as usability, behavior change, human error, risk assessment, time, health, etc. and work with it at seminars and group projects.
Univ: 90 credits (hp) in psychology or related subject.Proficiency in English equivalent to Swedish Upper Secondary course English A/6. Where the language of instruction is Swedish, applicants must prove proficiency in Swedish to the level required for basic eligibility for higher studies
