About the course
Further models and techniques are introduced in probability theory and statistical inference. The course also gives an introduction into statistical quality control and statistical decision theory.
In the second part, statistical surveys are studied in theory and practise. The main emphasis is on concepts and applications. Errors in statistical surveys and their effects on the results of the survey are studied. A critical view towards official and other statistic sources is developed.
