Control Systems for Energy-on-line, 4.5 Credits
About the course
This course covers methods for analysis and design of control systems. State space models and methods for linearization of non linear control objects are introduced. Time continuous and time discrete systems are covered using Laplace- and Z-transforms. Transfer functions are introduced. Properties like stability, robustness, sensitivity to disturbances, speed and accuracy are discussed. Methods for regulator design like pole placement are introduced.
