Summer Courses
Are you looking for a different experience this upcoming summer? Why not combine an exotic northern vacation with a chance to expand your academic horizons. Summer courses are held during the warm months of June, July and August, when the sun shines nearly all day. This is an great opportunity to try a course at Umeå University or to simply extend your stay on campus.
Umeå University uses the ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) as its system of credits. 1.5 ECTS credits is equivalent to one week of study. It is important to check the "Study Period" on the individual course page to find out the duration and tempo of the course.
