Admission to Exchange Studies
If you have questions regarding your application and admission status, please contact the international coordinator using the contact links on this page. The international coordinator is responsible for your exchange agreement.
Letter of Acceptance
All students who have sent in a complete application for exchange studies will receive a Letter of Acceptance (provided they have not withdrawn their application). The Letter of Acceptance will contain the admission status for each course that you have applied for.
Information about when you can expect your Letter of Acceptance can be found on the Important Dates page.
Information Package
An information package including a survival guide, map, Offer of Housing (if you have applied for housing through the International Housing Office) and a welcome letter will accompany your Letter of Acceptance. If you need to apply for a student visa for studies in Sweden, you will receive your Letter of Acceptance first and the information package will follow later.
