Application Deadlines for Exchange Students

Autumn Term

Online application opens: 15 September for the spring term and 15 February for the autumn term. The deadline for coordinators at our partner universities to nominate their students is 15 october for the spring term and 15 April for the autumn term

Please note: only students under formal exchange agreements have these application deadlines. All other international students must apply via universityadmission.se

Application Procedure for Exchange Students

When can you expect to receive your Letter of Acceptance?

Letters of Acceptance will be sent out by mid-June for the autumn term and in late November/Early December for the spring term.

If you need to apply for a student visa you will receive your Letter of Acceptance at an earlier date so that you have sufficient time to obtain a visa.
