Application Information for EU/EEA Citizens

We welcome applications from students who have citizenship in a European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) country, or Switzerland. Furthermore, you are exempt from paying application and tuition fees.

Please note that if you have a temporary or a permanent residency in an EU/EEA country or Switzerland you are required to pay fees.

We ask you to visit our pages regarding the application procedure and read them carefully.
You should pay special attention to the How to Apply page and make sure that you include all of the necessary documents in your application. Otherwise your application will be considered incomplete and we will not be able to process your application.

Additional Application Period

Applicants from EU/EEA countries are encouraged to apply during the main application periods: 1 December - 15 January for the autumn term or 1 June through 15 August for the spring term. However, you may apply during the same application period as Swedish applicants.

To apply during the Swedish application round, you will need to create a profile at www.antagning.se. You can then search for the course you are interested in and apply. Please note that this site is entirely in Swedish.

Please contact the programme or course supervisor for assistance with your application. Contact information is found on the right side of the course or programme page.
