No written information will be sent out by surface mail so you will find all necessary information below. In Sweden written information is extremely important. You are expected to have read everything on these webpages including the Survival Guide before you arrive.

You have to respond to your admission on your personal page in www.universityadmissions.se no later than...

For students admitted in March:    the 8th of April 2013.

For students admitted in July:        the 31st of July 2013

You are welcome and strongly encouraged to join a special international Orientation Week arranged by the university and starting already the 27th of August. Read more about that here:

Welcome and registration for all International students at USBE

Will be confirmed. (It is the start of the International Orientation Week). Autumn semester starts 2nd of September.

To the registration you need to bring: a photograph of yourself (passport size), and some cash money, transcript + diploma (only if you are conditionally admitted), an admission letter (printed from your personal page in www.universityadmissions.se after August 6th) and a printed course syllabus and schedule for your first course. Syllabus and schedule can be found here:

You are expected to read both these documents before you arrive.

If you are not able to attend the registration then it is very important that you notify me beforehand: rickard.lindberg@usbe.umu.se If you do not notify me in advance then you will risk loosing your seat to the program.
