The presentation will focus on a few examples were life as an entrepreneur requires business driven decisions, which sometimes overrides the fact that your idea/product has potential.

Timing and luck are not always on your side. A company must be driven by making money, and in order to create future growth you sometimes simply need to let go of things....

This is a retrospective story of my experience from being a PhD student to my present function with global responsibility in a big multinational company.
