The Department of Food and Nutrition is the host of two study programmes; the Dietetics Programme and the Food and Nutrition/ Catering Management Programme.

Other programmes in which the department offers courses are the Teacher Education Programme and the Sports Science Programme. Food and Nutrition can also be studied in the form of single subject courses up to the postgraduate level within the framework of a B.Sc. programme and M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition.

The teaching in all programmes is in Swedish. However, some of the course literature is in English. The Department offers Ph.D. studies in Food and Nutrition.

Some of our advanced level courses are given in English when there are foreign students participating. Almost all literature on advanced level are in English.
