There are six different PhD subjects to choose from at our department: Oncology, gynecological oncology, hematology, diagnostic radiology, radiation physics and biomedical engineering.
We have about 50 registered PhD students. They have a range of academic backgrounds, and include students with degrees in civil engineering (e.g. engineering physics), molecular biology, or biomedicine, as well as nurses and physicians.
