PhD Studies

There are six different PhD subjects to choose from at our department: Oncology, gynecological oncology, hematology, diagnostic radiology, radiation physics and biomedical engineering.

We have about 45 registered PhD students. They have a range of academic backgrounds, and include students with degrees in civil engineering (e.g. engineering physics), molecular biology, or biomedicine, as well as nurses and physicians.

If you are interested in PhD studies at our department you should contact one of our researchers to find out more about our ongoing research and if there are any suitable PhD projects available.
