The course aims to develop skills and knowledge in spatial methods and analyses. The course covers different types of regression models and cluster analysis, focusing on their application in geographical analysis. The spatial analysis perspective also includes geographical information data management, visualization and analysis of spatial dynamics and regional data. Both descriptive and analytical quantitative approaches are dealt with. The course is based on applications in planning and spatial analysis.
