About the course

This aim of this course is to teach students how to write scientific papers suitable for publication in peer reviewed journals. Students will be encouraged to use material drawn from their Master of Public Health/Global Health or equivalent thesis. There will be a strong emphasis on clear and concise scientific writing. The course will cover topics such as authorship, choice of journals, title, abstract, layout and order of content, data presentation, additional files, referencing, plagiarism, acknowledgements, and response to reviewers.

Tuition fee waiver

We are happy to announce that applications are now open for a 100% tuition fee waiver for non EU/EEA citizens to enroll in the “From a Thesis to a paper” course.

If you are a non-EU/EEA citizen seeking a fee waiver please also complete and submit the google form found at the following link by 5 April.

If you are successful in obtaining a fee waiver, you will not be invoiced for your enrolment in the course.

If you are not successful in obtaining a fee waiver, you can still enroll in the course but you will need to pay the invoice issued by the University.

The outcome of fee waiver applications will be announced by 12 April.

EU/EEA citizens are not required to pay course fees and should enroll at the MAKE A LATE APPLICATION link.
