About the course

During this course you will be able to explore in depth a topic that interests you within the field of Food and Nutrition. You will plan and carry out a study, process the results and connect them with earlier research. You will also present and discuss your work. By independently completing this work you will develop your ability to formulate research questions as well to answer them.

Required Knowledge

Univ: Pass grade in a Master Thesis in Food and Nutrition, as well as pass grades for at least 15 HE credits in a methods course at the advanced level in food and nutrition, or the equivalent.

Proficiency in English equivalent to Swedish upper secondary course English A (IELTS (Academic) with a minimum overall score of 5.5 and no individual score below 5.0. TOEFL PBT (Paper-based Test) with a minimum total score of 530 and a minimum TWE score of 4. TOEFL iBT (Internet- based Test) with a minimum total score of 72 and a minimum score of 17 on the Writing Section). Where the language of instruction is Swedish, applicants must prove proficiency in Swedish to the level required for basic eligibility for higher studies.
