The purpose of this course is to gain a better understanding of how different forms of organizational changes are planned, implemented and evaluated, and the mechanisms that affect the outcome of these changes. The course includes work and organizational psychology perspective on both continuous change cycles as well as planned changes, related from an employee, leadership, and professional perspective. The course also takes into account the conditions related to a life of changing work, such as psychosocial work environment. Application of the theory are exercises and practical examples. The course includes lectures, seminars, individual and group assignments, where some elements are mandatory and aims to increase knowledge and understanding of how theory and practice are linked.
