About the course

The course consists of a major, advanced independent project in which the student identifies and investigates an architecturally relevant hypothesis within the area of advanced study, and plans, analyzes and prepares a project based on the results of his/her investigation. The project should consist of a description of its theme, the analysis on which it is based, documentation of the architectural project, and critical analysis and substantive reflection on its spatial, social and cultural consequences. The work must include an advanced, architectural hypothesis from within the field chosen by the student for his/her degree.
