About the course

The project work can be chosen from a variety of topics within the field of physics. The student is given the opportunity to practice and deepen her/his knowledge by working independently under supervision of a researcher. The aims are to promote advanced skills and competence within the field. The results obtained should normally be accounted for both orally and in a written report. The student should find a supervisor and a project before he/she applies to the course.

Required Knowledge

90 credits including at least 7,5 credits in physics at an advanced level. Proficiency in English and Swedish equivalent to the level required for basic eligibility for higher studies. Requirements for Swedish only apply if the course is held in Swedish.

Selection

Students applying for courses within a double degree exchange agreement, within the departments own agreements will be given first priority. Then will - in turn - candidates within the departments own agreements, faculty agreements, central exchange agreements and other departmental agreements be selected.
