Entry Requirements
A Bachelor of Science in Physics or a Bachelor of Engineering Physics degree (equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, 180 ECTS credits) from an internationally recognised university, at least 60 ECTS credits in physics and proficiency in English equivalent to Swedish upper secondary course English A (IELTS Academic Training with minimum score 5.5 and no individual score below 5.0. TOEFL PBT (paper-based) with minimum score 530 and minimum TWE score 4; TOEFL iBT (Internet-based) with minimum score 72 and minimum writing score 17 (see http://www.umu.se/english/education/master/language-requirements for further information). If you are in your final year of undergraduate studies when you apply, you must attach a certified document from your home university with a course outline for the last semester and a statement of when you are expected to graduate.
