The support staff will help you when you encounter problems with any of our equipment in the lab. However, if there is a lot going on in the lab, our staff can have a lot to do, so if you have a specific problem that you want help with, we recommend that you book time for personal support.
If you want personal help with something for a long time, this can often be arranged through a support booking. Write to email@example.com and tell us what you would like help with and when.
If you have acute problems with any of our resources in the lab, contact our staff who are often available during office hours. You find them around the lab or in the staff area in Humlab 2.
