Public lecture: Aula Nordica, 16:30-18:00.

This workshop can accommodate up to 50 people. If you are accepted into the workshop and cannot attend, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can fill the space from the waiting list.

We follow the new policy from Umeå University on late cancellations and no-shows. If you are planning to attend the anniversary dinner on May 22nd please be aware we will invoice you or your department the cost of the anniversary dinner if you cancel after the cancellation date or if you do not show up. You will not be invoiced if you cancel before May 19, 17:00 or if you attend the free anniversary dinner.

In order to run the event in the best possible way, we collect information in this form with your consent. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the University as the data controller. 

The information will be handled by the organisers of this event, IceLab, to administer and manage your registration and produce programme and nametags. Any dietary information will be forwarded to the caterer (without specifying participants' identities).
