Research project This research project studies how food and nutrition are being communicated in a treatment or consultative situation.

This research project studies how food and nutrition are being communicated in a treatment or consultative situation. What happens with the results of treatment when the dietician meets the patient using virtual methods for meeting online instead of in person, and how does the dietician and patient experience a virtual meeting? Health economic perspectives on how society is affected when healthcare services transgress to virtual meetings are also included in the study.
