You can easily order your result certificate, a certificate of registration, or a copy of your degree certificate here. (Umu ID).
If you are admitted to a master's programme, please contact Lennart Steinwall or your programme director for questions about your study plan and questions about the contents of courses.
Not enrolled in a programme?
If you are taking courses without being enrolled in a programme our study counselor for general questions, Lennart Steinwall, can help you.
As a student in computing science, you will work with computers located in a local network, separated from the university's other computers. This means, e.g., that you will have a computer user with storage space locally on the department's system. We also provide our own support staff for computer systems in the department. If you have a support question related to the department's computer system, you can e-mail: support@cs.umu.se.
For each course, there is a course responsible teacher. Among other things, he/she shall ensure that a schedule is available according to university rules, that teaching and examination are conducted in accordance with the syllabus, that the study results are reported and that the courses are evaluated. You will find a list of course responsible teachers and examiners for the courses on this page.
Our programme directors answers all questions regarding your study programme, e.g. syllabuses and curricula, schedules, and the study environment.

Lena Kallin is responsible for finances and personnel. As Deputy Head of Department, she replaces the Head of Department when he's not available.
The head of the department has overall responsibility for all activities. If you find violations of the university's rules or regulations, please contact him. An important area of responsibility is the working environment.
