School Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month, at 13.00 in the Auditorium. All students and all staff are expected to attend, since the School Meeting is a forum for sharing information and raising important issues that concern all of us, and also for discussing the development of the school. Issues can be raised during the meeting, or in advance by contacting the UID leadership or Ställverket student representatives.
The EHS group is a preparatory and advisory body that handles matters regarding physical and psycho-social work environment, equality and equal treatment, health and safety, and sustainability at Umeå Institute of Design.
