More specifically, the project explores how rural communities organize collective entrepreneurial initiatives as a response to service infrastructure decline, aiming to disentangle mechanisms of community entrepreneuring in the context of rural areas of northern Sweden. The project is conducted in form of multiple qualitative case studies of community enterprises located in rural areas of Norrbotten and V&auml;sterbotten.
