Hamilton Microlab Star automated pipetting robot for step-wise ELISA preparation

Each pipetting step of the ELISA protocol is automated for up to 2 full sample input plates and 12 ELISA plates. The operator will have the option of running samples in 5 dilution steps or 10 dilution steps. All reagents are loaded when required for the chosen step, pre-dissolved and in the correct concentration, with the exception of the positive control standard curve which is diluted directly in the ELISA plate. Washing steps and incubations are performed externally
