EPIC

The European Prospective Investigation into Diet and Cancer, EPIC, är ett samarbete mellan europeiska forskare i ett nätverk fokuserat på livsstil och omgivningsfaktorer i relation till cancer och andra kroniska sjukdomar.

Umeå deltar i EPIC-samarbetet sedan 1997 med delar av VIP-kohorten.

Forskarna i EPIC-projektet har inte möjlighet att identifiera enskilda individer i materialet.
