Instructions to log into Adobe

1. Log onto adobe.com by clicking on login in the top-right corner of the web page.
2. You will be asked to enter an email address.
3. Use your own UMU ID: e.g. abcd1234@umu.se
4. If you are asked to choose an account, choose Company or School Account.
5. You will next see a Umeå University login page.
6. Login using your UMU ID credentials.
7. Click the dotted icon on the upper-right corner of the page and choose Creative Cloud.
8. From the column on the right, click on “Install Creative Cloud software”
   After the Creative Cloud installer is finished, you will be able to download the Creative Cloud applications you wish to use.

If you have problems logging into adobe.com please contact your programme director before you contact the IT support to make sure you are on the list of students who have requested an Adobe user account.
