For all students
- Clear your studio workspace and storage units, including workshop lockers and sketch drawers.
- Use the container outside the 4D lab for trash (except recyclables and toxic materials).
- Do not leave items for others unless specified by Ställverket.
For graduating students
- Empty and clean your workspace, fridge, freezer, and cupboards.
- Clear your workshop locker and common spaces.
- Backup and delete your files from the server.
- Update your contact details and submit your degree application.
- Contact your programme director if you need access to UID during summer.
For returning students
- Empty and clean your workspace and storage units.
- Mark your storage unit and office chair with your name and class.
- Clear out materials from common spaces.
- Contact your programme director for summer access.
For internships or exchanges
- Empty your locker if you will be away for the next study year.
- Store necessary materials in a box labelled with your name and class.
- Backup your files and coordinate with IT support to avoid accidental deletion.
