The application deadline for programmes and courses starting this spring is soon coming up. Therefore, we have extended telephone hours, digital drop-in and drop-in hours on Campus Umeå. Read more below.
New premises for the Study Guidance drop-in
From autumn 2026, the Study Guidance drop-in service will move to premises behind Aula Nordica. You can get there via the glass walkway from level 3 in Aurora..
You can find us on the digital map over Campus Umeå.
The relocation is due to the refurbishment of Universum 2026-2028.

Regular opening hours: Tuesdays 12:00-13:30
Extended opening hours 18 September to 15 October:
- Tuesdays 12:00-13:30
- Fridays 9:00-10:30
- Wednesday 14 October 9:00-10:30.

During the application period, from 15 September to 15 October, it is not possible to book an appointment with us via the website. Instead, you can contact us by phone or visit us during our drop-in sessions.

You can book appointments up to 7 days in advance. If no available appointments are visible, it is currently fully booked. Available appointments are released continuously and sometimes at short notice due to cancellations. Remember that you are always welcome to contact us during telephone or drop-in hours.
Important information:
Save the confirmation email you receive on your booking! If you have booked a digital meeting, the link to the meeting is in that email. The confirmation email also includes a link that you can use if you want to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you cannot find the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam filter. Add the sender to your safe list to make sure you receive further emails.
