The goal of the course is to provide a solid knowledge of real time systems implemented both in hardware and software. Real-time systems concepts like multitasking, task scheduling, task communication. Design and implementation of a real time operating system in a microcontroller based system and in a Linux based system.
Required Knowledge
Programming for Engineers, 7.5 ECTS and Object-Oriented Programming in Java for Engineers, 7.5 ECTS or equal.
