Contents

The course covers problems associated with techniques where high-frequency electromagnetic waves are used as information carriers. In the course propagation of electromagnetic waves in various media and their behavior in the transmission lines and antennas are studied. The course includes designing and building systems in a context of modern high-frequency technology.
 

Required Knowledge

For admission to the course at least 60 ECTS (one year full time) courses in Electronics or 60 ECTS in Physics or equivalent knowledge are required.
Proficiency in English equivalent to Swedish upper Secondary course English A/5. Where the language of instruction is Swedish, applicants must prove proficiency in Swedish to the level required for basic eligibility for higher studies.
