The course objectives is to develop basic knowledge and skills in planning, creating and administer websites used for learning environment. Course content: -The history and development of the web -Design and publication of websites -Web graphics -Law and ethical considerations associated with web publishing -Techniques to support and simplify creation and administration of websites used in learning environments. After the course the student will be able to: -Create a website -Publish a website -Create and optimise graphics for the web -Describe the background of the web and its structure -Apply techniques that support and simplifies the creation and administration of websites -Explain law and ethical considerations associated with web publishing
