Find the room for your exam

Aurora examination building at Campus Umeå is where the vast majority of written exams are held. During peak exam periods, exams can be held in other locations too.


In your schedule on the student web, you can see which building and exam hall you need to go to. The exam hall may be updated until the day before the exam, but you can see which building you’ll be in as soon as your exam is scheduled.

Aurora examination building

Aurora is sited in a central location on Campus Umeå, near Aula Nordica and Universum. The building consists of seven floors and is divided into two wings, A and B.

At times when many students write exams, the following premises are also being used as exam halls. Click on the links for maps.

The room where you will take the exam may also be located in another building on Campus Umeå. In that case, you will find a link in the schedule that shows where the room is located on Mazemap.
