As a student, you may only use the University’s visual identity for academic papers and degree projects, and only through the approved cover page template provided below. Any templates for the main body of your dissertation or academic paper are provided by your department.
For any other types of material you produce during your time as a student, such as email sendouts, surveys and presentations, you may not use the university logo and visual identity. The underlying reason is that you are the sender of such information and content, and not the University.
You may be able to use the University's logo if, for example, you are going to present your thesis at a conference or similar. It is your programme coordinator, supervisor or other responsible staff at your department who assesses whether your work is of such high quality that you can use the logo in that context.
