Welcome to the Swedish Center for Digital Innovation (SCDI) AI Business Lab at the Department of Informatics. We are a vibrant hub of innovation and studies related to artificial intelligence. The lab is at the leading edge of AI management studies and exploring the capability of “no-code” AI solutions.

Vision and Mission

Our vision is to democratize the usage of AI in enterprise and society, and to make it accessible for organizations of all sizes. Our mission is to create a collaborative area where humans from academia, industry, and the public sector collaborate to explore AI's transformative potential.

Research and Innovation

At the SCDI AI Business Lab, we've got a portfolio of activities associated with AI. These encompass AI readiness analyses and case studies. We focus on ‘no-code’ AI solutions. These innovative platforms enable domain experts and students to train machine learning models and chatbots without requiring extensive programming skills.

Educational Outreach

In the lab we propose for strong synergies between research and education. We are actively involved in integrating AI into information systems education, particularly in courses in which students have restricted programming experience.

Collaboration and Partnerships

The SCDI AI Business Lab is a resource for research, education and collaboration. We host workshops, events, and executive education, to facilitate know-how exchange and foster partnerships. Our lab isn't just a a research facility; it's a breeding ground for ideas and a space where theory meets practice.

Join Us

Whether you're a student, a researcher, an industry expert, or a public sector representative, the SCDI AI Business Lab offers a unique possibility to engage with AI. We invite you to join us in exploring the possibilities of AI and to be a part of our exciting journey.
