Form of instruction
The project and the project model to be used are presented by a purchaser with clinical association. A project organization is formed and the students will conduct a feasibility study in which they will build a toolbox in Matlab which includes: filter in image and frequency domain, segmentation, matrix-based geometric operations, resampling of images, and interface to image viewing tools. With the help of the toolbox test, data is created. The feasibility study is to acquire knowledge of the imaging technique.Reports of partial results are done by weekly oral status reports to the purchaser. In addition, the feasibility study, the preliminary interim report and the final report is reported on in written where each chapter has an author list. The final report is also presented orally.
