Jörg Richter works as a professor of psychology at the Department of Psychology at the University of Hull.
Jörg Richter works to improve health for people with depression, dementia and older adults. His research is focusing on depression and depressivity, personality and psychopathology in adults, quality of life, work-related and post-traumatic stress in nurses, police officers and refugees, for instance. His research also studies the attitudes to advanced, medical decision-making, particularly at the final stages of life.
Jörg Richter will be promoted as honorary doctor of philosophy at the Annual Celebration Ceremony on 20 October at 17:00 in Aula Nordica.
