A theme day of open lectures and a film viewing followed by discussions. Open to all employees and students.

9:30–10:30 Lecture
Ojämställdhet inom akademin – en seglivad historia? Framgångsfaktorer och fallgropar för ett effektivt arbete med jämställdhetsintegrering och lika villkor. [Gender inequality in academia – a tough nut to crack? Factors for success and dangers for efficient work with gender mainstreaming and equal opportunities]. Lecture held in Swedish.

Definitions, norm awareness and sexual harassment.
Lecture held in Swedish.

Anneli Häyrén, Doctor of business administration, organisation and gender, adjunct lecturer at the University of Gävle, and equal opportunities specialist at Uppsala University.

11:45–13:00 Break for lunch

13:00–15:00 Film viewing
