What is the current state of digital and dialogic communication in Swedish municipalities and how are municipalities adapting to the new media ecology and increased demands for participation?
My project deals with communication in Swedish municipalities. I am particularly interested in how municipalities work with dialogic and digital communication. In the project, among other things I delve into how municipal communication activities are structured and how municipalities use platforms such as Facebook and democracy-reinforcing initiatives such as citizen dialogues.
