After Masters in Design Research at the ENS Paris-Saclay (France) I came to UID to do a Predoctoral Research Year looking at sustainable food transitions through the lens of Design.
Research Having focused my masters on exploring participatory workshops and in the context of sustainable transitions, I have moved on to focus towards sustainable food transitions. Alongside that work, I am part of the Sympoietic research lab, working particularly on the multidisciplinary Px7 research project which exists at the intersection of clinical research, culinary science and research through design.
