The Annex (where the Umeå Student Union of Science and Technology office is located)
The Annex is the southern block opposite the Naturvetarhuset. It is home to the offices of the Student Union for Science and Technology, amongst others. The entire Annex will remain open during the refurbishment period.
Aula Nordica, Brashörnan and the University Club
Aula Nordica and the University Club are available to book as usual, but the entrance will be via Aurora.
Brashörnan will be closed during the refurbishment.
The Campus Bookshop (Campusbokhandeln)
Will be closed during the refurbishment.
E-puben
Will move to the current U-Bikes premises in the Physiology Building.
Restaurants and cafés
All cafés and restaurants in Universum will be closed during the construction period. There are several alternative options in the immediate vicinity at Campus Umeå.
Sjöbergs Hairdressers
The hairdressing salon will have new temporary premises on the University Square (Universitetstorget).
Study spaces
There are plenty of study spaces and group rooms available for booking in other buildings on Campus Umeå.
