Coaching conversations

One goal of coaching conversations is that you will become more aware of your goals, your behavior and how you can drive your development forward.


The goal is that you yourself will find the answers for your own development with the support of a structured dialogue/process. The approach that we can offer at the business school is in a compressed form and with greater elements of guidance than classic coaching. The goal is that you as an individual will gain a better insight into your own goals, what is required to get there and to start taking action.

Coaching conversations in a group

If you are 2-4 people with a reasonably similar goal, you are also welcome to register your interest in a group discussion.

We will then start from the same approach but of course there will not be quite the same focus on you as an individual.

Preparations

Depending on whether you already have goals or need to set goals, we start a little differently

For those of you who already have a goal

Start from the points as a benchmark and adjust according to your needs

  • Pinpoint your thoughts
  • Find 3 interesting industries.
  • Find 3 interesting companies.
  • Find 3 current job advertisements with a range from what would be interesting as a first job or later in time.
  • Write down briefly why these are interesting and what your contribution would be if you worked there.
  • 3 strong qualities and 2 that you want to improve.
  • CV
