About the ceremony

The ceremony lasts about two hours and after the ceremony there is a mingle and light refreshments for all graduated students and guests.

The Dean Mats Bergman will guide us through the ceremony and it will be a mix between Swedish and English language.

Please be at Aula Nordica in time

The doors to the Aula will open at 15.50 and the ceremony will begin exactly at 16.30.

Considering the number of people coming to the ceremony, we kindly ask you to respect the time schedule and be in time!

Your assigned seat

All registered students have to be on time to find their assigned seat.

You will be seated according to program in alphabetical order, on your family name, and a seat will be marked with your name. We will be there helping you to find your seat.

Please look at the Seating Guide to know where in the Aula Nordica you will find your assigned seat:

Seating guide - Aula Nordica (will be available a few days before the ceremony)

Receiving the Certificate

You will be asked to go up on the stage, one by one, to receive the certificate.
