Before and during
- I, myself, will get in touch with the embassy in order to find out if I need a visa and how to apply for that.
- If I, at a later stage, choose not to participate in the traineeship, I am aware of the fact that my decision might deny other students to go on Erasmus traineeship as well. Such decision could also give a lower priority when applying for an Erasmus scholarship again.
- I will follow advice given to me in regards to my travel, my time abroad and the rules and regulations that apply at the host organisation and respect the culture of the host country.
- I will be a good ambassador for Umeå University.
After
- When returning to Umeå University after my semester/year as an exchange student, I will share my experiences with the International Office or my department/faculty and with other students at Umeå University.
